For over a decade, we’ve partnered with the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) to enhance their digital presence and drive tourism to Charlotte. Our collaboration began with the launch of CharlottesGotALot.com in 2017, a platform designed to inspire and assist travelers in planning their visits. To ensure the site’s success, we implemented strategic paid media campaigns across search and social channels, effectively increasing traffic and engagement. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted travel, we swiftly adapted our strategies to focus on local audiences, promoting staycations and supporting local businesses. As travel resumed, we expanded our reach to new markets, resulting in significant growth in hotel bookings and visitor spending. Our ongoing efforts continue to position Charlotte as a premier travel destination, reflecting our commitment to CRVA’s mission.
