As part of Howden’s global rebrand, DUAL North America was tasked with uniting its network of acquired specialty insurance companies under a single, cohesive brand identity. To support this transition, Valtech conducted a strategic discovery phase focused on the North American market, uncovering key regional insights to guide messaging and rollout. Leveraging the new global brand guidelines, we developed a tailored onboarding strategy that honored DUAL’s distinct North American voice—clear, confident, and customer-first. From tradeshow installations to digital campaigns and office branding, the work brought the reimagined DUAL to life across key touchpoints, signaling a bold new chapter with the same trusted expertise.
